The HTC Windows Phone 8S is likely to compete with Nokia's Lumia 820. We think HTC has the early-bird advantage here as the Lumia 820's launch is still a few weeks away. On paper, the HTC 8S looks like good at this price point, but we'll hold back on a conclusive opinion until we review it.
