WickedLeak has launched its newest tablet, known as the Wammy Magnus. It has a full sized 10.1" screen (IPS panel) with pixel dimensions of 1280x800. Under the hood, there is a 1.5 GHz quad-core CPU with a Power VR SGX544 GPU. For multitasking, it has 2 GB of RAM and runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.
The WickedLeak Wammy Magnus is priced at Rs 15,500, and the product will be available for pre-booking from 10th February 2013 onwards with deliveries expected to start from 23rd February 2013.
Here are the complete specs:
Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS
1.5 GHz quad-core CPU
Power VR SGX544 GPU
2 GB DDR3 RAM
10.1-inch IPS screen with pixel dimension of 1280 x 800
16 GB internal storage (extendable up to 32 GB with micro-SD card)
2 MP rear camera; 0.3 MP front camera
Wi-Fi, No 3G
8000 mAh Li-ion battery
Overall the tablet features decent specs for its price. However the lack of built-in 3G is a sore point. For comparison the recently launched iBerry Auxus CoreX4 tablet offers very similar specs at a similar pricing but includes built-in 3G.
