Hated France for it's awesome landscapes and oh-so-good weather ? We give you another reason to hate them now, LG has started shipping it's mid-range phone, the Optimus F5 and the French will be the first to get it on April 29, and the rest of the world, after that.
The Optimus F5 comes with a 4.3 inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 540x960 and a 256 ppi pixel density.
Apart from that it packs in a Qualcomm Snapdragon 1.2 Ghz dual core processor and runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.1.
Also it has a 5MP camera on the back and a 1.3MP front camera and a very sufficient 2150 mAh battery.
The specialty of the F-series phones is that they are LTE enabled smartphones although the LTE technology used in them may not be capable with the LTE (4G) that will be launched in the country soon mainly because of the difference in frequencies used in Europe, North America and Asia.
No word on the pricing yet but don't expect it to cost more than Rs. 25,000.
