This Rugged version is durable of its flagship , during the Galaxy S 4 launch in Dubai, President of Samsung Gulf Electronics Young Soo Kim had unintentionally revealed about rugged version of Galaxy S4. This device will look and feel just like the Galaxy S4 but will be water and dust-proof. Samsung claims that the device is designed with a war zone in mind which is an indication that it may be trying to earn government and MNC contracts.
