Samsung Galaxy S4 buyers are complaining that they are getting much less storage than they pay for because the device is sold full of ‘bloatware’.
Bloatware is nothing but apps and files that are installed by the manufacturers before they are sold to customers. This preinstalled Samsung files are needed for its features, such as eye tracking, air gestures and voice commands.
The 16GB version of Samsung’s Galaxy S4 handset has only 8.49 GB memory is available for the user. The rest is taken up by the Bloatware.

In other words, buyer beware for those who pick up this device with the smallest-possible storage; you might be a little surprised at how little you actually have to work with and what you expected !
