After several leaks and availability in India, LG has finally decided to make the white Google Nexus 4 official. Tuesday morning, the Korean based manufacturer announced that the stock Android model will be available in white starting Wednesday, May 29th, in Hong Kong. Subsequent weeks will see the model rolled out in Asia, North America, Europe and the Middle East.
The new colour variant has also popped up at online retailers Saholic.com and Flipkart. The phone can be purchased from the site now with an expected delivery in four days.
“Nexus 4 set the standard for Android 4.2 Jelly Bean smartphones,” said Dr. Jong-seok Park, president and CEO of LG Mobile Communications Company. “Nexus 4 White delivers the same Google experience to consumers in a stylish and attractive color option.”
To remind you, LG Nexus 4 packs 4.7-inch 1280-by-768 True HD IPS Plus display (320ppi) with Zerogap Touch technology 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor and 2GB of RAM. The phone also comes with 8MP rear camera, front camera and 8/16 GB of internal storage.
