Huawei Announces World Slimmest Smartphone Ascend P6

After many rumors and leaks, Huawei today announced the thinnest Android smartphone in the world, the Ascend P6 at an event in London. With just 6.18mm thick chassis.

Huawei Ascend P6 comes with a 4.7-inch full-HD display and powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz. You can check the detailed specification of Ascend P6 later this post. 

On the software front, the Ascrnd P6 runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean packed under a new Emotion UI that includes updated features like Huawei’s Me Widget, MagicTouch, SmartReading and Airshare, which allows users to easily sharing documents. 

Ascent P6 will first go on sale in China beginning this month and will be sold at 499 euros in Europe.
