Just a few hours back, we showed you a leaked photo of the upcoming Galaxy Ace 3, which was believed to be unveiling at the Samsung Premiere 2013 event on June 20. Moments ago the South Korean company took us all by surprise, by officially announcing the Galaxy Ace 3.

“Building on the success of the previous GALAXY Ace series, the GALAXY Ace 3 brings users powerful performance with a dual core processor built to perform data-intensive tasks faster and more efficiently than its predecessor,” Samsung noted in a press release.

  • Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean)
  • Dual SIM (Optional)

On the software front, Samsung has loaded features like Sound & Shot, Best Photo, Buddy Photo, S Translator, S Travel, Smart Stay, S Voice, and Easy Mode on the smartphone.

There is currently no word on the pricing or when Samsung plans to bring this device to our shores.
