According to leaked photo Google Nexus 7 has 1.5 GHz quad core processor (manufacturer is unknown), 7 inch full HD 1080p display, 5 MP rear camera, 1.2 MP front camera. It will run on Android 4.3 OS. Leaked specification of Nexus 7 also shows support for wireless charging.
