Just 1 week prior to MWC 2014, evleaks has leaked the specification of Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet.
As we can see,it is expected to boast a Snapdragon 800 quad-core 2.3 GHz processor along with 3 GB of RAM.It will have the same 10.1-inch Triluminous display that its predessor Sony Xperia Z1 had.It will contain an internal memory of 16GB that can be expanded through a microSD slot.It will feature a 8MP rear and a 2 MP front camera along with a 6000 mAH battery.The device will run on Android Kitkat v4.4 OS and is waterproof.
