Yes you herd me right; Aircel on Wednesday introduced a new promotional offer - 'Facebook for All' under which Aircel will let its new and existing customers access the Facebook app, Messenger app and the mobile version of Facebook for free.
But the sad part is - the free access 'Facebook for All' offer is for limited time and data. Which means new customers will get free 50 MB of data per month of Facebook access for 60 days after activation, and the existing Aircel users will get 50MB of data for 30 days for Facebook access. After the free 50 MB of usage, the carrier will charge users 2p/10kb. Aircel customers can also use special tariff packs for Facebook that will cost them 50p/day or Rs 14 for 28 days which is a 100MB data plan and Rs 5 for 5 days which is a 25MB data plan.
'Facebook for All' is currently available for Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi and Maharashtra circles and will be available in other regions later.
