Sony Cyber-Shot WX300 with 20x optical zoom, Wi-Fi launched

Sony has introduced the world's smallest and lightest with 20x optical zoom camera, Cyber-Shot WX300.

Priced at Rs. 19,990 Sony Cyber-Shot WX300 integrate an 18-megapixel EXMOR R CMOS sensor with a Sony G Lens. The camera comes with Optical SteadyShot that helps in clicking blur-free stills. As far as the battery performance goes Sony Cyber-shot WX300 is capable of shooting up to 500 photos from a single battery charge, as per company's claims.

Sony Cyber-Shot WX300 also has features such as Superior Auto and Picture Effect that aid in photography. The Superior Auto feature on this camera helps capture dimly-lit action and is also capable of recognizing when the subject is in motion. 

Another interesting feature that is available on this camera is the Beauty Effect that automatically re-touches the faces in the photos to remove skin blemishes, widen half-closed eyes and whiten teeth.

The Sony Cyber-Shot WX300 will start retailing from mid-May.
