Steve Ballmer the CEO of Microsoft which he is to retire within 12 months after finding a suitable person to take over him at Microsoft paid his final tribute to the staff of Microsoft as the employee meeting which he did as the CEO for the final time in his tenure before retirement. Ballmer burst into tears as he become emotional one last time at the Redmond based company. Ballmer played king of pop's "wanna be startin" as he said its everything in the song and moved jumped and danced on the tune and as the song ended he mentioned the song of microsoft that says about the best company in the world to work at.
According the sources, Ballmer said "we will deliver next big thing" could come out before he is taken by his successor and in his long speech he detailed and discussed the Nokia deal which took place recently. He also thanked the employees of Microsoft who had been waiting long and queued to him on his final speech for the co. "I want to say thank you…this isn't about any one person. It's about a company that's important, that's forward thinking, that's innovative." Ballmer ended his emotional speech with Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes' "I've had The Time of My Life" playing in the background before he screamed "I've had the time of my life" and continued to dance around the stage. All the employees i the stand screamed "We love you" to praise him on his farewell.
Although he still be the CEO until the next Big gig is been found to lead the co after he retires.
