Gear 2, Gear 2 Neo and Gear Fit SDK announced by Samsung

 

The tech giant Samsung launched it's galaxy gear at the Mobile World Congress along with the fastest smartphone on earth, Samsung Galaxy S5. Samsung has released the Software Development Kit (SDK) for the Galaxy Gear 2, Gear 2 Neo and Gear fit devices. These devices supported limited applications and not just anyone could create an app for it. This turned out to be a negative point.

The SDK allows developers to create apps that will run on both, the Gear 2 and the Gear 2 Neo normally. But for the Gear Fit there is an emulator and the ability to control the gear is through an app. There is no sign of the link to download the SDK yet. But Samsung has said that the SDK will be available soon. This means we'll see some great third-party apps from developers all around the world.
