Nismo allow drivers to measure the efficiency of their cars and monitoring their driving performance, the smartwatch also monitors heartbeat of the driver.  Nissan smart watch will be showcased at Frankfurt Motor Show .</span></div> <div style="background-color: white; line-height: 22px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px;"> <span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Nismo Smartwatch will have a Lithium Polymer battery which will give a battery backup for a week.
