Further, the site speculates that Samsung might launch one of the two models (8-inch and 10-inch) alongside the 2014 flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S5 early next year.</div>

The era of small notebooks with screen size of 11-13 inch looks to come to an end as the OEM'S are now slowly planning to release 11 to 12 inch tablets in the market these days. </div>

Apple's Maxi with the 12 inch screen was the first tablet to come into rumors of this segment Back in June Toshiba was the first company to launch a tablet with such a huge screen size of 13 inch. Samsung's tablet interms of biggest screen size was a 11.6 incher. Apple's maxi caught the rumor but failed to continue in rumor mill. </div>

Samsung now produces the Google Nexus 10 which is 10 inch screen tablet. To go with rumor it is believed that Samsung may announce this tablet in October in time where Apple may also announce their next iPad/iPad mini.<br /></div>

The dual-booting device is actually a convertible laptop capable of running either Windows 8 or Android 4.2.2, depending on what you need at any particular time. Without further ado, let’s check out the hardware under the hood of the ATIV Q.</div>

The Samsung Ativ Q is one of the most interesting products we've seen for a while, offering up both Windows 8 andAndroid Jelly Bean on the same device.</div>

You can't detach the super high-res 13.3-inch, 3200 x 1800 touchscreen (apparently the highest resolution on the market), so the Ativ Q isn't exactly a direct rival to the <a href="http://www.mobiledoctors.co/2013/06/asus-launches-transformer-book-trio.html">Asus Transformer Pad series</a>.</div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Helvetica, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 20px;">Samsung has managed to keep the Ativ Q relatively slim, measuring 13.9mm in thickness, although the 1290g (45oz) weight may make this hybrid a little unwieldy in hand.</span><span style="background-color: white; font-family: Helvetica, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 20px;">There are three other "modes" including the traditional laptop position as well as "float" and "stand" for more versatile viewing angles.</span><br />

Under the hood you'll find Intel's new Haswell chip which in the Ativ Q's case comes in the form of a Core i5 processor. This is backed up with 4GB of RAM which provides the power for the fast switching between Windows and Jelly Bean 4.2.2.</div>

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 features an Exynos chipset with a 1.6GHz A9 quad-core CPU and 2GB of RAM. There are 16 or 32GB of available built-in memory on board and a microSD card slot for further expansion. The display is an 8" unit with WXGA resolution (1280 x 800 pixels) and a pixel density of 189ppi. There's a 5MP main camera on the device's back and a 1.3MP front-facing unit. As we had reported last week, the device is set to compete with the iPad mini.
