The Lumia 4.3 is runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset, 2 GB DDR3-RAM, 4.3 inches LED-backlit IPS display with 1080 x 1920 pixels and Next Gorilla Corning Glass (anti-glare and anti-bacterial). It weighs 122g and houses a Li-Ion 2600 mAh replaceable battery.
